There definitely is no adult content there as of now! It's marked that way because there is the possibility that there will be adult content fic/art posted there eventually, once the stuff from the exchange goes up.

I'm not sure exactly how the warnings/restrictions system works - is it actually not letting you through, or just alerting you?
