HAHAHA I can see where they are coming from, but that is totally not a comparison I would have made! I mean, Alanna is very FIERCE and so is Deryn, but in kind of a different way - Deryn's much more casual-swaggery about it than Alanna is. You know what I actually think it's more like, it's basically like if George was a cross-dressed military girl in Alanna's place. (Alek can still be Jon.)
