I think I've found it! For the Uniform (aka A Box!!! (reprise)), 5x13, doesn't have any actual quotation that I recognized, but it does have one character emailing another an ebook copy of Les Mis and then calling them Javert for a while. (Also it turns out Dax is specifically not a Hugo fan.)
