Yes! I loved Rose Lake especially -- her artistic ideals! -- and I also feel worst for her because she's basically the only person Lucilla can't figure out a way to help. (Even Barbara is implied to get her longed-for wedding to Mr. Cavendish and fancy veil in the end.) I do hope at some point she gets to return to her Career.
