Ooo I've read the fan translation of that one! It's so different from the plotline in the anime (I think because they didn't want to adapt the drugs part? but yunno psychopaths killing people in gruesome fashion is perfectly fine). Aside from Kate they've also completely removed Edith and Roy (much more sad about Edith than Roy). And there was some excellent Luck/Eve interaction which was cut out as well.
