It's pretty good if you're in the mood for some sci-fi swashbuckling! I felt like Craddock could have examined the social implications of his worldbuilding more, but given that he was obviously going for a Three Musketeers feel it didn't bother me that much. It's also very het, but all the major relationships were familial or friendships (heroine's two most important relationships are with her adopted father in all but name and female friend, romantic sideplot only starts at the 85% mark and basically consists of him going sparkly eyes after she saves his butt).
