We get very little detail about any of the other cities -- the main explanation for New York and New Orleans having reached the point before most other US cities is age/accumulation which ... okay, sure, but there are a bunch of cities in the States that are older than New Orleans and nearly as old as New York, and as someone who's lived in both Boston and Philly, yeah, I am a little salty about it ...
