The show absolutely knows how good Pablo Álvarez Rubio was and is determined to do him honor. We all adored him, and wailed "PABLO NO!" in unison any time he got within the same film frame as a glass of wine. He also got the moment that made me laugh harder than maybe anything else in the show --
