Instead, this is clearly the songfic about Father's secret love for Hohenheim. Father just wants Hohenheim to come BE IMMORTALLY AWESOME with him! But for some strange reason Hohenheim is not appreciative, so Father has to move on to Plan B: steal the philosopher's stone power out of Hohenheim's soul, devour God, destroy the world.
