(I am not complaining! It is much easier when you do not have to come up with the plot yourself. Also having someone waiting for you to finish it makes it much easier to not give up and watch a billion episodes of Pokemon instead.)
Legend is a kdrama! It is RIDICULOUSLY EPIC - somewhere on a scale between A:TLA and LOTR, except with more political maneuverings and even wackier costuming. I did a pimp post for it a while back, streaming links possibly included. >.>

Also, I just got hit by the mental image of Shizuo and Yankumi having manly Izaya-hating bonding while Shin and Celty tilt their heads and look mildly amused, and had to stop and shiny-eyes for a moment.)
(She was totally planning to investigate this ~mysterious new gang~ undercover like the cool teacher she is but before you know it, she's their MOST ENTHUSIASTIC MEMBER! And dragging her class to go clean graffiti after school. What did they do to deserve this, Noda wants to know.
And oh man, yes! Yankumi and Shizuo and Celty being BFFs, with Shin tagging along being resigned! *cracks up*)

They're convinced that he must just be super good at hiding. HE MUST BE SOME KIND OF SECRET GENIUS BOSS. That's why Yankumi's secret undercover mission is so important!! Meanwhile, she runs into Mikado and gang several times and oh hey, he's such a nice boy who couldn't possibly know anything, right? Riiiight?
AHAHA. Imagine if Izaya had gone to Shirokin High, Yankumi/Shin would have flattened his ass and nipped him in the bud SO HARD.)

HAHAHA YES. And Kida hits on her routinely, and Yankumi routinely flattens him to the ground and they all get very friendly. Mikado notices Shin looking at him once or twice during these interactions, but is never quite sure whether this means that he actually knows everything, or whether he's just vaguely disapproving of his hair.
THEY WOULD HAVE. And then Yankumi would probably have adopted him and tried to reform him. HE'S HER STUDENT, DAMMIT.)

Yankumi won't even notice Kida is hitting on her, she'll just clap him on the back for his really terrible jokes and he'll be like o-ooowwww no no I'm okay, I like strong girls!! Mikado is kind of convinced that she has to be related to Shizuo somehow. And meanwhile Shin and Anri just "....." [Shin will be the only guy her age who doesn't try to hit on Anri ever! What is this refreshing feeling, she wonders?]
Izaya: Turned to the side of good by the YAKUZA. Also, regular beatings of very determined love.)
