It works freakishly well! I think because if you assume that Leverage plots actually run on ANIME PHYSICS, they also turn out to make a lot more sense . . . I mean, Leverage-land is totally a place where a high-schooler commands terrifying ninja armies. Hardison probably commanded terrifying ninja armies at some point in high school.
