I ALSO hadn't heard of ... most of the violent stuff that was happening immediately to the side of the witch trials (and while I had vaguely heard of the dramatic political revolution that happened immediately beforehand I for sure didn't know any details about it) and it definitely contextualized some stuff for me! Would you recommend the podcast?
