(Admittedly the show gives us no idea what she's wearing from the waist down, it could be sparkly lime-green lace for all I know.)

So there's an instagram account of the show with lots of behind the scene photos--I checked and that plain white blouse actually has some interesting lace cutout details going on at the bottom! No idea why they didn't show this though.
