Yesss. And I love that it's explicitly talked about that, like, Jaime is not gonna knock anyone out with her badass kung fu magical skills, she's not a fighter and she's probably going to need help around when things get violent, THAT'S OKAY. She's awesome at what she does, and she helps people, and that doesn't make her weak. And she's ambitious, and goes after things for herself, and that doesn't make her selfish. I really, really appreciate both of these things.

(I mean, I would also appreciate if the series ever let ... someone without any supernatural powers or heritage at all be interesting or awesome, but that's a whole nother issue of mine with sff overall, so.)
