*grins* I have definitely been impressed! I don't know quite enough about British history from the period to know whether your Inner Historian would be impressed as I am, but it's definitely a twist on the WWII counterfactual that I haven't seen before, and one that pays attention to much smaller political complexities, and has a story to tell aside from 'hey what if?' (The characters actually stand around engaging and debunking the 'Great Man' theory of history in this book, which I enjoyed.)

And definitely! I forgot to comment at the time, but I was really glad you posted it - I remember the conversation a bunch of us had on the matter in NYC, which was incredibly interesting, so. :D
