The first time I saw Star Wars when I was a relatively small I watched the Death Star explode and then said to my parents in distress, "but what about all the Stormtroopers! They were probably conscripted! It's not their fault!" so the Finn storyline as presented in TFA was a shining beacon to me and it was so disappointing to me that none of that was ever delved into!

(I made an effort to try to go see the films early so I could form opinions without having seen any other people's, which ... was successful for Last Jedi and not at all successful for Rise of Skywalker, we literally saw it opening night, how had so many people had so many opinions already! >:()
