I regret to inform you that Chakotay does not have lizard sex with Janeway, Tom Paris does.

I'm very sad that it's going to be seven years before Janeway gets to see her dog again. :(((

One of the first fanfics I remember successfully getting a friend to read was a gen fic (I can't remember the author) in which Paris gets caught sneaking into Janeway's quarters, refuses to say why, and is in the brig or loses replicator rights or something for half a year, and Janeway finally finds out why on her birthday, when the crew presents her with a puppy: he broke into her quarters to get her liberty clothes and vacuum them for dog hairs, which they used to clone her dog.
