So people are doing NaNoWriMo.

I admire the dedication involved in this. I am, of course, not, since laziness is just about the main hallmark of my character. However: I am now trying something uniquely my own!

Just for my own benefit, I am declaring this BeJoWriMo (Becca-Journal-Writing-Month). For this month, at least, I will try to actually keep up with y'all on my flist. And maybe even post entries. And see if it takes. - okay, this is not so much uniquely my own as something you all do all the time, but it's new for me, and I am giving it a nifty name, which totally counts.

. . . of course, this may not last longer than, like, two days. But we'll see.

Arthurian legends, redone as British Mafia during the second world war, with Galahad seeing the ghost of Gwenhwyvach as she tries to convince him to go and find her body so she can MOVE ON, ALREADT, SHEEESH.

It was either that or my story about the three Guineveres and a) I'm not sure I can stretch that one out long enough and b) the Galahad story has been in my head for longer.

I think just the combination of "Arthur" and "Mafia" fills me already with glee.

The only thing better could be Arthurian cowboys. Arthurian SPACE cowboys.
