Oct. 19th, 2007 01:26 pmDear Yuletide Santa,
Thank you so much for volunteering to write in my fandoms! I have a great and ridiculous love for all of them, so the prospect of reading fanfiction for them fills me with enormous glee. I love all the characters for them, too, so if you can't write about the specific ones I suggested, don't sweat it - the selection form is far too limited even to list all the awesome possibilities.
I do tend to prefer genfic or subtler romantic fics - by that I mean that I'm happy to see romance (especially for canonically implied pairings, but I can be sold on a lot of things) but for preference it wouldn't be the whole point of the story, and I'm really not big on sexually explicit scenes. Although if you think those scenes are necessary for character development, I can be convinced of that too!
As might be implied by this - I love character development. Especially as shown through interactions between characters. And I love building on aspects of the fictional worlds we don't necessarily get to see, and I love humor or gentle parody of the aspects that are potential ridiculous, and I love missing scenes from canon, and I love - um. There are a lot of things I love. But mostly especially what I love is these worlds, and these characters, and anything that explores them will make me happy.
So: thank you so incredibly much in advance, feel free to ignore any and all of this, and I can't wait for December. :D!
