I KNEW at least one DWJ had to fit the criteria. And you're right, Enchanted Glass is TOTALLY a cozy fantasy. XD

And yes, publishers, think of all the market segments you are not catering to because the contemporary fantasy genre got buried under UF cliches. There is so much room for some variety here. /glum
