I saw on somebody's review post -- probably kass -- that there was a "Landsailor" Korra vid, and I found this very exciting. I'm delighted to hear it's yours. Going to watch it now.

Having watched it:

What a perfect Jinora song! I admit I still haven't seen S2, so I had to do some guessing about a bunch of the middle bit. I love the repeated image of the wind maze (does it have a name???) and Jinora fitting within it. I spent the whole vid waiting for the moment when Jinora was revealed as an Airbending Master (starting from "I'm a child no more," I think), but it was right as the last beat of the vid, the culmination of Jinora's journey.

Thank you!! I don't know that the wind maze does have a name (other than "AN IMPORTANT AIRBENDER TRADITION") but it's such a pretty and helpfully symbolic visual and I over-used it shamelessly. :D

Putting Jinora's Air Master ceremony at the very end was the first thing I knew I was going to do with the vid, and then I spent all of Season Four terrified in case it was going to turn out that Jinora would do something else that would mean I'd have to shift the vid's arc and endpoint as I was working on it. But as it turns out Jinora did not do much in S4 at all, which, on the one hand, :(, but on the other hand, it made my vidding life much easier!
