Dec. 4th, 2016 03:05 pmIn last week's resurrected You're Beautiful costume polls, our favorite crossdressing nun Go Mi Nam pulled out her very first victory. The audience has spoken: the elfin poncho of woe is this winter's must-have accessory!

Congratulations, Go Mi Nam, and enjoy your victory while you rest on your laurels this episode; you earned it.
1. Much like Go Mi Nam's ambiguous pantaloons of last episode, this outfit of Jeremy's unfurls in complexity like a flower each time you take a closer look at it. First we have the puffy neon vest over a yellow t-shirt, with artfully slashed jeans...

...over which appears to be worn a -- yellow plaid kilt?

I think the outfit may also include a long-sleeved t-shirt worn underneath the other t-shirt and the puffy vest, with black arm-warmers, but that's really just icing on the cake. However, I do want to call your attention to the giant button necklace which is clearly ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to accessorize the kilt + vest + slashed jeans + arm-warmers + God only knows what else. I think it really pulls the whole outfit together.

(Meanwhile, Mi Nam: adorable! I would totally wear that outfit! Although possibly not if I was actively trying to pass as my brother, but, I mean, I respect that she refuses to uphold the strict sartorial rules of the gender binary.)
2. Speaking of chunky necklaces: here's Stylist Wang, artfully accessorizing a neon pink jumpsuit with a necklace that at least looks like she probably didn't make it herself in a kindergarten art class.

Honestly, though, if we're talking about arts and crafts, I think she deserves a shot at the win for her eyeliner game alone.

The hair, too! Genuine effort went into this. There was a vision here. I might not understand, but I can at least appreciate.

3. And He Yi too had a vision! Look: her bright pink shoes definitely match her bright pink bag.

And her enormous murdered-chinchilla vest kind of matches the gray shirt underneath?

The whole thing kind of pulls together, in a weird way. I mean, I'm sad for the dead chinchillas here, but not for He Yi; she can hold her own.

4. Although POSSIBLY not as well as Jeremy, in his earlier incarnation as a BRITISH PRINCE.

Yes, friends, this is an important part of his backstory; once upon a time he was engaged to Princess Amy, 20th in line for the British throne!

The epaulets! The bow tie! The hair! OH, THE HAIR. Truly, England lost something that day when Jeremy decided to head to Korea and join a boyband instead of following his destiny. And honestly, how could Princess Amy have ever resisted this picture of suave gentility?

5. AND WHILE WE'RE SPEAKING OF SUAVE GENTILITY

Everything about this outfit of Tae Kyung's delights me. It's so simple, yet says so much.

(Meanwhile, Mi Nam once again looking totally adorable in an admittedly not dramatically masculine fashion next to him! Killing it today, Mi Nam!)

(...ok maybe the shorts over pants Little Drummer Boy look is a little -- you know what, we'll let it slide. We've been here before. The shorts are totally normal shorts. There are no bloomers or kilts in sight. This is fine.)
ANYWAY BACK TO TAE KYUNG, somehow managing to make even his mother -- who is literally wearing an entire dead animal over her shoulder -- look restrained by comparison.

It's OK, Tae Kyung! You're still big! It's the pictures that got small!
