I made one (1) Festivid this year! It's for the Synetic Theater lesbian ballet production of Phantom of the Opera for aurumcalendula; I decided on my song choice pretty rapidly, and then had to spend the next several weeks agonizing over exactly where and how to place the show's one clip of murder-by-chandelier for maximum impact and (reluctantly) minimum comedic value.

This is a lovely vid; I really enjoy the way it switches between the black and red palettes, and the way you kept the dancing in a rhythm with the Sia song.

That is beautiful and whoa, that ballet looks *amazing*. I'm going to send the link to your vid to my daughter who back in the day was a huge Phantom of the Opera fan (and who is a lesbian).

Oh, I hope she enjoys it -- it really is a cool production, I feel like I didn't in any way do justice to how much personality the dancers manage to infuse the characters with!

Thank you so much -- I highly recommend the original!! There's a lot of really charming and cool stuff in the production that I couldn't do any kind of justice to in a three-minute vid.
