Name a fandom, and I'll give you the scoop on at least three of my unpopular opinions related to that fandom.

I think you guys can guess pretty well what I know, and if I don't know the fandom, I will totally make some up. John Sheppard does not love Rodney; his true love is a piece of cheese!

Hahahaha oh Phandom. My very first fandom as a small thing just discovering the internet! Okay:

1. Philippe de Chagny gets a bad rap! As far as I am concerned he reacts quite sanely throughout the whole book and it was very unfair to write him out of the musical.

2. It is permissible to root for Christine to end up with neither of her obsessive stalkers, but perhaps to go to a different country and continue her promising career far away from all the crazy.

3. I totally ship Carlotta/Piangi. I think it's sweet!

Wasn't Christine initially from Sweden anyways? She can go back there and become the Swedish Nightingale or Meadowlark or whatever it was that was the turn-of-the-century singing sensation!

I did not either, The Nightingale was real! Hans Christian Anderson had a total stalkery thing going on with her and Mendelssohn asked her to elope with him, MORE EVIDENCE FOR MY THEORY I THINK.
